RUGS AND THROWS

The shipping cost is not included in the price and will be quoted separately based on the weight/volume of the products and the delivery location.

Delivery times

For small products that are in stock, delivery will be between 48 hours and 72 hours. business days of confirming the purchase.

Remember that our throws and rugs are products that require a lot of craftsmanship, which is why, for the most part, they take between 60 and 80 days on average to be delivered.

 

Delivery times for each case are specified in the description of each product.

Claims & Returns

We have a team that specializes in carrying out exhaustive quality control on all products before they are delivered. It is very important that the product received is opened at the time of delivery, to detail in the shipment any damage to the product, if any. Without this detailed information, no claim can be executed.

CARPETS & TEXTILES

Our textile catalog of blankets and rugs is handmade, so there will be differences since each one is special and unique. We do not offer returns or exchanges if the texture or color is a little different from the chosen sample. These differences are inherent to the type of textiles we make and the variety of nuances within each color due to the artisanal dyeing technique.
